Remember KTHR users including Board Members passwords are forced to change every 90 days.  If it has been a while since you have changed your password read the Change Password Doc.

Still having troubles connecting?  Call our provincial support line and create a Ticket and include where you can be contacted.  They can also reset your password anytime if you have filled out the required documentation for them.
